Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Eve Furniture, we strive to provide a clear and transparent purchasing experience. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Window
Requests to cancel an order must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. To initiate a cancellation, contact us by phone at (281) 800-9057 or email info@evefurn.com.
Order Verification & Payment Processing
After checkout, an Eve Furniture team member will reach out via email to verify your order details.
Payment will be captured either after confirmation is received or automatically within 48 hours, whichever occurs first.
Cancellation & Refund Deductions

Within the first 24 hours:
Orders cancelled during this period qualify for a full refund, provided the merchandise has not entered our warehouse or shipping process. -
After 24 hours:
A 3% processing fee will be withheld from the refund. -
Items already in our possession, prepared for delivery, or in transit:
A 70% refund will be issued to cover administrative, handling, and preparation costs.
An approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required.
Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders Not Yet Prepared or Dispatched
- Payment already captured: 97% refund issued
- Payment not captured: 100% refund issued
Special Orders & Shipped Merchandise

Backordered products:
If you elect to proceed with a backordered item, the order is classified as a special order and cannot be cancelled. -
Orders that have shipped:
Once an item has left our facility, cancellations are no longer permitted.
Approved returns will incur a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays Beyond Estimated Delivery Time

Item not yet shipped:
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, you may cancel for a full refund minus a 3% processing fee. -
Item already in transit:
A 30% cancellation fee will apply.
Refund Processing
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If an order arrives with missing or damaged items, our team will work to provide a resolution within 24 hours. Should a return still be requested after a solution is offered, a 30% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply, and an RMA approval is required.
Final Sale & Return Conditions
We do not accept returns for items that are delivered correctly and arrive in undamaged condition.
All sales are considered final once delivery is completed as ordered.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The incorrect product was delivered, or
- The merchandise arrives damaged
In such cases, an approved RMA is mandatory, and return instructions will be provided.
Ownership & Merchandise Recovery
If a refund or chargeback is issued, ownership of the merchandise immediately transfers back to Eve Furniture.
Customers must return the item in its original condition and cooperate fully with the return process.
Failure to return refunded merchandise may result in further action, including legal remedies.
