Ordering

Do we offer financing options?

We partner with several financing companies to offer the best possible options for our customers. Please visit our financing page for more details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For customers in Houston and surrounding areas, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. If you are located outside of Texas, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Do I get a tracking number for my order?

Once your order has been shipped, one of our agents will contact you to inform you. You will also receive an email with your tracking information.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, we recommend reviewing our refund and return policy, as the process may vary based on factors such as the order date, processing stage, payment authorization, and product availability.

In some situations, cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been processed, allowing us to issue a full refund. However, once an order moves into processing, cancellation may no longer be an option, and a refund may not be guaranteed.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund upon request. Additionally, if payment authorization fails or other circumstances prevent us from completing your order, we may have to cancel it and issue a refund accordingly.

We understand that order cancellations can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is committed to handling all cancellation and refund requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery

What kind of delivery options do we offer?

Threshold Delivery – We’ll bring your order inside your front door. Assembly isn’t included, so you’ll have the fun of putting it together yourself!

Room-of-Choice Delivery – Need your furniture placed in a specific room? We’ve got you covered! Our team will deliver it exactly where you want, but assembly is still up to you.

White Glove Delivery – Sit back and relax while we do all the work! Our team will deliver your furniture to your chosen room, unpack it, and professionally assemble it. We’ll even clean up and haul away the packaging for proper disposal.

Curbside Drop-Off (Out-of-State Orders) – If you’re outside Texas, this is the standard delivery option. Your order will be delivered to the ground floor entrance of your home or building.

Can I upgrade my delivery method?

Absolutely! Give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist you with upgrading or changing your selected delivery method.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on your location:

Houston & Nearby Areas: Expect delivery within 1-3 business days.

Outside of Texas: Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my product?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us for assistance!

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your order cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this typically takes 3-5 business days to reflect.
