Date of the incident
You have 30 days from when the damage occurred to report it. File as soon as possible β don't wait.
Photos of the damage
Take a close-up of the damaged area and a wider shot of the full piece. The more clearly you show the problem, the faster the review.

Incident details
Describe what happened β what caused it, who was involved, and how it occurred. No receipts or manuals needed.
