Accidents happen β€” you're covered for them

Your Eve Furniture protection plan covers single incidents of accidental damage during normal residential use. Here are the most common scenarios covered:

Yes β€” you can add a Mulberry protection plan up to 60 days after your original purchase date. Just reach out to Eve Furniture or contact Mulberry directly at help@getmulberry.com and they'll help you get covered.
None at all. There are no deductibles, no service fees, and no surprise costs when you file a claim with Mulberry. What you see is what you get.
You have 30 days from the date of the incident to file a claim. We recommend filing as soon as possible so details and photos are fresh β€” waiting too long can result in a denied claim.
If Mulberry determines your item can't be repaired, they'll offer a replacement with a similar product of like kind and quality, or provide a cash settlement or store credit reimbursement. If the original item is no longer available, you may be able to select a comparable piece.
If you return your furniture within Eve Furniture's return window, you'll receive a full refund on your protection plan minus any claims paid. Returns outside the return window qualify for a prorated refund based on the time remaining on your plan.
Your plan covers one claim per incident. Once a product has been replaced or fully settled by Mulberry, coverage on that item ends. Make sure to file a claim as soon as a covered incident occurs β€” don't wait until multiple things have gone wrong.
All protection plans are issued and administered by Mulberry. Eve Furniture offers the plans as a convenience at checkout, but your claims, coverage details, and support are all handled directly by Mulberry's team β€” available 24/7.
