Fee: $69 ONLY IN TEXAS

Fee: $99 ONLY IN TEXAS

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Fee: $149 ONLY IN TEXAS

(Available in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas)

 * We'll professionally unpack and assemble your furniture, placing it exactly where you want it.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY

Fee: $299 Nationwide Delivery

We’ll bring your delivery to the curb at the end of your driveway. It's important to note that this service is limited to delivery only and does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. As the items will be delivered in their factory packaging, some merchandise may necessitate assembly. Therefore, you will need to unbox the merchandise, transport it to your chosen room, carry out the assembly, and dispose of all packaging materials accordingly.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE*

 ** In case of refusing or returning the shipment, buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

Delivery Timeframe

How long will it take to receive my order?

For in-stock items, you can expect your furniture to be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase if you're in Houston. If you're in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Killeen, or the surrounding areas, items will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. For all out of state orders, you can expect your delivery in 2 to 4 weeks.

Can we schedule the delivery day?

Our dedicated delivery team will reach out to you to schedule a convenient delivery day and time. While we'll do our best to accommodate your preferred date, we cannot guarantee a precise time or day.

Damaged Product

What if product is damaged or missing pieces?

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.Please report damaged products via our Damage Claim page. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.

Can we cancel an order?

Eve Furniture reserves to right cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice.
