Curbside Delivery
Fee: $299 Nationwide Delivery
We’ll deliver your order to the exterior entrance of your residence or building on the ground floor. It's important to note that this service is limited to delivery only and does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. As the items will be delivered in their factory packaging, some merchandise may necessitate assembly.
While 95% of our orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, some shipments may take up to 3–4 weeks depending on location, carrier availability, or product-specific factors.

For in-stock items, you can expect your furniture to be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase if you're in Houston. If you're in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Killeen, or the surrounding areas, items will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. For all out of state orders, you can expect your delivery in 2 to 4 weeks.

Damaged Product

What if product is damaged or missing pieces?
Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please report damaged products via our Damage Claim page. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as well as the product itself as it is required for replacement. Please don't discard the product as it will result in claim denial.
If your item arrives damaged or is mis-shipped, do not refuse the delivery without first contacting us. All returns — including those involving damage or shipping errors — require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by us.
Please accept the delivery and document the issue clearly (photos and notes on the delivery receipt if possible). Then contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide proper instructions. Refusing delivery without an RMA may result in delays, denied claims, or additional fees.

Eve Furniture reserves to right cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice.

Delivery & Appointment Scheduling Policy
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to coordinate and set up the delivery appointment with the shipping company. Upon order dispatch, the customer will receive tracking information and/or contact details necessary to arrange delivery.
Please note that delivery dates and time windows are determined solely by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We do not have control over the exact timing of delivery appointments and cannot make commitments on behalf of the carrier or customer.

If you wish to cancel your order, the applicable refund and fees will depend on the order status and timing.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund, provided the item has not already entered the warehouse or gone into transit. After 24 hours, a 3% non-refundable processing fee applies. For items that have not yet shipped, a 97% refund is issued if payment has been captured, or a full 100% refund if payment has not yet been captured.
- If the product is already in our possession, in transit, or ready for delivery, cancellations are subject to a 30% deduction, with a maximum 70% refund provided to cover processing, picking, and handling. Delivery fees in these cases are non-refundable.
If you refuse delivery for any reason including damage or a shipping error without having an RMA (which must be approved through an RMA—Return Merchandise Authorization), you will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs (two-way shipping). These charges will be deducted from your refund or invoiced separately. However, if your cancellation or refusal is approved under an RMA due to verified damage or shipping error, you will not be charged for shipping.
