Once you order something from Eve Furniture, we'll email or call you to confirm your order and payment details. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, we'll automatically process your payment.

Once your order is shipped, you can't cancel it.

To cancel and get a full refund, you must email us at info@evefurn.com within 48 hours of your order. If you cancel after this time, there's a 3% fee (with some exceptions). It may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation.

Refunds: After you order, we'll email you to confirm and collect your payment.

If you cancel after 48 hours, there's a non-negotiable 3% fee.


Returns - Once a customer completes a purchase, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including customer errors, measurement errors, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the color, style, or texture of the product.

Please note that due to our low prices, we have exceptions: If the product is with us, in transit, or ready for delivery, you'll get only 70% back to cover processing and handling. The delivery fee won't be refunded if it's scheduled. If it's not ready for delivery, you'll get 97% or 100% back.

Merchant's Delay: Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) can change. If you want to cancel due to delays, you'll get a full refund with a 3% fee (if paid) unless the item is in transit, then it's a 30% fee.

Sometimes, we may make exceptions to our "No Returns Allowed" policy. It's up to us. If we cancel an order you already paid for, there's a 30% restocking fee and a return fee.

Refunds will go back to your original payment method.

You won't get a full refund if:

- You get the wrong item because you didn't check your order.
- The furniture doesn't fit due to wrong measurements.
- You don't like the color or quality.

If we refund you, you have to return the merchandise, or we'll take legal action, and you'll cover the costs.

We won't consider return or cancellation requests unless we approve them through email.

We follow Texas laws, and if any part of this policy is invalid, the rest still applies.
